How to Install Positeasy Staff App on Android

This guide explains how to install the Positeasy Staff App on your Android tablet or smartphone.

Prerequisites

  • An Android device (Tablet or Smartphone) with internet connectivity.
  • A valid Google account logged in on the device.
  • Sufficient storage space for the application.
  • You have Positeasy Staff App credentials (Terminal Access Id,Contact Number,Passkey)

Step 1: Open Google Play Store

  1. On your Android device, locate and tap the Google Play Store icon Play Store Icon.

Step 2: Search for the App

  1. In the search bar at the top, type 'Positeasy staff'.

  2. Tap the search icon.

  3. Select and Install 'Positeasy Staff' App.

Step 3: Open

  1. Once installed, tap Open or alternatively click the launcher icon of Positeasy Staff App icon Staff App Icon

Step 4: Grant Permissions

Upon first launch, the app may request permissions for:

  • Location,Connect Nearby devices,Storage.

Tap Allow or While using the app for all requested permissions to ensure the App functions correctly.

Step 5: Log In

  1. Enter your Staff App Credentials received in registered email or whatsapp.

  2. Tap Sign In to access Staff App.

Step 5: Sync Data

  1. After logging in, perform a Sync to download your menu, tables, and settings. (Refer to Sync Staff App for details).
